To apply, interested individuals must submit their application letter along with specific documents to the designated address no later than August 4, 2023.
The required documents include three sets of the 2017 Revised Edition of the Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with CSC-required passport-size pictures and thumbmarks. The PDS can be downloaded from the provided link. Additionally, applicants need to provide three copies of the accomplished Statement of Relatives form, which is available for download on the BIR website for vacant positions.
Candidates must also include one Certified True Copy, two photocopies of their Diploma, and the same format for their Transcript of Records. For those with Civil Service Eligibility, two Authenticated Copies and one photocopy of the Certificate are required.
RA 1080 Eligible applicants (CPAs and other board passers) must submit two Authenticated copies and one photocopy of their Board Rating, along with three photocopies of a valid PRC ID. For BAR Passers, three photocopies of the Certificate of BAR Membership and BAR Rating are necessary.
If applying for re-employment, candidates should include one Original copy of a valid Ombudsman Clearance, along with three photocopies of the appropriate District/Regional/National Office Clearance. Lastly, applicants need to submit three copies of the accomplished Reference Release Waiver form.
Qualified applicants are encouraged to submit their applications via hand delivery, courier, or email to the specified address.
Applicants must submit a letter of interest along with several required documents, including a personal data sheet, a statement of relatives form, certified true copies and photocopies of diplomas and transcripts of records, civil service eligibility certification (if applicable), board ratings and PRC IDs for CPAs and board passers, and other relevant documents.
Qualified applicants are encouraged to submit their complete applications by mail or courier to the Chief of Career Management Section at the 7th floor Personnel Division of the BIR National Office Building in Quezon City.
