About the Philippine Navy Mobile Recruitment

The 2024 Philippine Navy Mobile Recruitment is the first leg of recruitment for CY2024. It will be conducted aboard various Naval Operating Forces to accommodate NOCC and SBC applicants.

This recruitment drive welcomes MALE and selected FEMALE applicants with the required courses/skills. Note that Naval Forces Northern Luzon (NFNL), Navforsol – Philippine Navy (NFSL), Naval Forces West (NFW), and Navforcen (NFC) will cater exclusively to NOCC applicants.”

Qualifications:

Are you ready to begin your journey with the Philippine Navy? Ensure you meet the following qualifications for each program:

For Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC):

  • Natural-born Filipino citizen
  • Holder of a Baccalaureate degree
  • At least 20 but not older than 26 years old
  • Height of at least 5’0″ (152.4 cm)
  • Single and of good moral character

For Sailor Basic Course (SBC):

  • Natural-born Filipino citizen
  • Completed 12 years of basic education or equivalent
  • At least 18 but not older than 24 years and 5 months old
  • Height of at least 5’0″ (152.4 cm)
  • Single and of good moral character
